A BRIEF NOTE ON NSS UNIT, RUPAHI COLLEGE

Rupahi College NSS unit was formed in the year 1992 to perform all the activities as mentioned in the Guideline of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Our college NSS unit is working from the establishment year till today related with various community services. We are performing our activities in campus as well as out campus of the college. Specially we are working in our adopted villages Gunabaari and Fakali. Our unit has done various types of community related activities like workshop, seminar, regular activity, special activity, cleanliness drive, plantation programme, celebration of world environment day, disaster management programme, personality development programme, awareness programme on superstition, celebration of college foundation day, independence day, flood relief camp, yoga practice, road safety awareness programme, aids awareness programme, tobacco control awareness programme, blood donation programme, and other Programme which are relevant with health education, cleanliness and senitization programme.
