The college has been trying to start NCC from last few years under centrally sponsored scheme subject to the
permission of the Directorate but not yet. But to hope for it.The college provides facilities for NSS to inculcate the
sense of dignity of labour among students and to develop work culture in them.
IDENTITY CARD
Identity Cards are issued to students after admission. The students must keep the identity card with them during
the college hours and must produce them before the college authority as and when demanded.
COLLEGE UNION
The college offers the scopes to all regular students, if not debarred otherwise, to form their Union by Ballot
System. The students Union also has a written constitution which will be consulted with the various affairs of the
union. The union is generally formed before Puja Vacation in each of the new session.
HEALTHY PRACTICES
The college considers its own responsibility for sensitizing the student community towards their civic
responsibilities. Activities and experience gathered during cleanliness drives, plantation and social works etc. by
NSS, Students' Union etc. to prepare the students to be responsible citizen for future
THE GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
There is a provision of Grievance Redressal Cell in the college which assists the principal in studying and
processing the feed backs of the students and discussions are held to under take necessary steps towards
redressal and improvisation.
SCHOLARSHIP
The college helps and guides the eligible students in getting state and Central Govt. Scholarships such as
National Merit, State Merit ST/SC/OBC etc. The students who excel in academic as well as in extra curricular
spheres are suitably encouraged by the college authority to give them incentives.
STUDENTS AID FUND
The needy and poor students may apply to get aid from students poor Fund subject to availability of the fund.
