Established : 1981
The central library of Rupahi College is established in 1981 with the initiation of the college. Formal function of the library started from 1999 with the appointment of permanent librarian. a general meeting of the teaching staff of rupahi college, held on 02-11-2002 under the conduction of the honorable principal of the college and the constitution is adopted.

NO. 1.
NAME OF THE LIBRARY
The name of the college library is “central library,rupahi college”
NO. 2.
WORKING HOURS :-
The library will be opened at 9.30 a.m. and will be closed at 4.30 p.m. in every working day
NO. 3.
No of books one student can barrow 2(two) books at a time
NO. 4.
NO OF CARDS ONE STUDENT CAN HOLD :- 1(One)
The major course student will be able to borrow 4(four) books and general course student will be able to borrow 2(two) books.
NO. 5.
Period of borrowing books by the students 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue.
NO. 6.
DAILY FINE
Failing of returning books within 15(fifteen) days students must pay rs 0.50 per day as late fine for each book
NO. 7.
STUDENTS ENTITLED FOR HAVING LIBRARY CARD :-
Every regular student of rupahi college, after getting admission, he/she have to must fillup the library form to get library card
NO. 8.
FINE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF BOOK :-
For loss or damage of any book, the user must replacing the book by a new one or must pay the current price of the book.
NO. 9.
RETURN of BOOKS :-
Students must positively return their all borrowed books before filling up the forms of final examination
No. 10.
No reference book, news paper, journal will be issued to the students
for necessary information they will be allowed to make those Xerox
with proper security
RULES FOR READERS :-
1) No student will be allowed to enter into the library reading room with their bags and personal belongings.
2) Students will not be allowed to enter into the library reading room without uniform.
3) Readers would not be allowed gossiping and discussion in the reading room.
4) Readers must handle books carefully.
5) For any misbehavior or violation of rules and regulations will be taken as of offence and authority may punish the offenders by debarring his/her from entering in to the library for one month.
6) Free internet service will be provide to the user of the library.
